1. Reservations & Deposits

  • We accept reservations online, by phone, or in person.

  • A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required at the time of booking. This is collected via a secure payment link sent by email.

  • If a cancellation is made in advance, the deposit will be retained as credit for future use.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in a loss of the deposit.

  • We do not impose a time limit on table bookings unless otherwise specified for special events or peak periods.

2. Group Bookings

  • For larger groups, we may require a pre-order or set menu depending on the number of guests and the time of booking.

  • Group bookings are subject to the same deposit and cancellation policy.

3. Promotions & Offers

  • All promotional offers are subject to availability and time-limited.

  • Offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or set menus unless explicitly stated.

  • The restaurant reserves the right to withdraw promotions without notice.

  • Specific terms, such as expiration dates or offer availability, will be stated clearly on the promotional material or website.

4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

  • We take food allergies and dietary needs seriously. Please inform your server before placing your order.

  • While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in our dishes.

  • Customers with severe allergies are advised to speak with management prior to dining.

5. Children & Families

  • La Figa is a family-friendly restaurant.

  • There are no age restrictions for children.

  • High chairs are available upon request.

6. Lost Property

  • Any items left on the premises will be held for a maximum of 2 weeks.

  • If unclaimed, they will be disposed of or donated at our discretion.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

7. Customer Conduct

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or ask a guest to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, threatening, abusive, or inappropriate.

  • This includes excessive intoxication, harassment, or damage to property.

  • Police or security will be contacted if necessary.

8. Takeaway & Delivery

  • We partner with trusted third-party delivery platforms for takeaway and delivery.

  • Any issues with delivery (delays, missing items, refunds) must be addressed directly with the delivery provider, as we do not handle those transactions.

  • We do not offer direct refunds for third-party delivery errors.

9. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant, with the exception of registered service animals.

10. Accessibility

  • We aim to provide an inclusive and accessible environment.

  • If you have specific needs or require assistance, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

11. Payments & Security

  • We accept major debit and credit cards in person and through secure payment links.

  • Online transactions are handled via secure, PCI-compliant providers.

  • We do not store your card information.
